Vendor Requirements for Working at Orangewood

To ensure safety and compliance, all vendors must provide certain documents before beginning any work on our property. Please submit the following:

Certificate of Insurance-Must include: general liability, workers’ compensation, and any other relevant policies.

Orangewood must be listed as an additional insured party.

Business License-A copy of your current, valid business license.

W-9 Form-Completed and signed.

Scope of Work-A detailed description of the work to be performed. Include estimated timelines and note any possible disruptions to residents.

Important:
We must receive and review all of these documents before work can begin. This protects our community and ensures that all vendors meet the Association’s standards.
